RESTON, VA, June 30, 2014 – Indigo IT is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a prime contract with the Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO) to provide Service Desk resources to the organization’s Washington, DC headquarters.
PAHO’s mission is to promote and coordinate efforts of the member states to combat disease, lengthen life, and promote the physical and mental health of their people. “Since 2004, Indigo IT has delivered quality services to PAHO and we look forward to continuing the partnership,” says Denise Van Wyngaardt, Indigo IT Chief Executive Officer and President.
As part of the contract, Indigo IT will deliver comprehensive incident and problem management services to a PAHO IT environment that includes more than 700 international end-users.
