Indigo IT is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a prime contract with the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) to implement the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) utility. As an ISO 20000:2011 certified company using ITSM and Information Technology Infrastructure Library version 3 (ITIL v3) best practices, Indigo IT seeks to provide the agency with a solution necessary to improve their service management environment and better assist end-users. Together with our strategic partners, Indigo IT will assist the agency with requirements gathering; application customization and development; data migration and operational support needed to ensure the implementation of several core application modules such as Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Management; Service Catalog; and Configuration Management.
