RESTON, VA, April 30, 2015 – Indigo IT is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a prime contract with the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) to implement the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) utility. As an ISO 20000:2011 certified company using ITSM and Information Technology Infrastructure Library version 3 (ITIL v3) best practices, Indigo IT seeks to provide the agency with a solution necessary to improve their service management environment and better assist end-users.
