Indigo IT is a fiscally responsible Minority and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). We are a prime on the 8(a) STARS II Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). In addition to our ISO 20000 certification, Indigo IT also holds an ISO 27001 certification as well as a CMMI-SVC Level 3 certification. In 2014, Indigo IT was awarded Small Business Administration (SBA) National Prime Contractor of the Year for its work supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

Indigo IT’s Quality Assurance Program

Indigo IT will implement both a quality assurance system and specific processes to ensure we execute all Task Orders in accordance with delivery schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Indigo IT currently manages our contract portfolio by applying our proven quality assurance system that ensures we meet the obligations of each specific contract and assures success in task execution. Our quality assurance approach features the following management approach, tools, methods, and controls that have been proven over several years of demanding contract execution and have significantly contributed to our quality awards and ISO and CMMI certifications. These features include:

  • Executive management involvement and commitment to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively;
  • Clear roles and responsibilities in the execution of quality processes, reporting, and communication;
  • Industry-proven tools and techniques that we have refined and customized for managing quality and cost to include Microsoft SharePoint project status and reporting workflows, PerformancePoint dashboards, controlled pricing and budgeting templates, and a DCAA-compliant Time and Cost Tracking System; and
  • Focus on capturing and reporting on critical project quality and performance metrics via our web-based Project Reporting Dashboard capability.
