Since becoming certified under the ISO 20000 standard by Bureau Veritas in 2001, Indigo IT has repeatedly demonstrated our mature approach to quality through the application of Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) principals. In 2015, Indigo IT initiated the process to attain two additional quality certifications. This project embodied our corporate culture of continuously challenging ourselves as individuals and striving for organizational improvements. In April 2016, we became certified under the ISO 27001 standard, demonstrating an effective corporate Information Security Management System (ISMS) and enhanced commitment to process and quality. In addition to the ISO 27001 standard, we appraised our Service Delivery organization under the CMMI-SVC Maturity Level 3 framework and achieved this certification in April 2016. In April 2019, Indigo IT was certified under the ISO 9001 standard. These efforts have been a major priority for Indigo IT, and in addition to our other certifications, have greatly informed and enhanced the solutions and levels of service we provide to our customers.
