Indigo IT has assembled a diverse team of proven DHS and federal contractors to meet the comprehensive and ever changing needs of DHS. Our team covers the gamut of services as out lined in EAGLE II Functional Category 1 – Service Delivery. Our “Core Team” as defined by DHS - is any combination of a Prime contractor, plus up to four (4) core team members submitting a proposal for an award, and identifying themselves as a collective resource for contract performance – includes the following companies:

  • Citizant: A Woman-Owned Small Disadvantaged Business with over nice years of experience providing IT support services to DHS at four seperate DHS component agencies.  ISO 9001:2008 and SEI CMMI Leverl 3 certified.  Recognized for Computerworld's 21st Century Achievement Award for IT initiatives on the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM).  Possess a Top Secret Facilities Clearance.
  • Federated IT: A HUBZone, 8(a), and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with over seven years of experience providing IT support services to DHS at eight seperate DHS component agencies.  100% of employees hold active DHS/DOD security clearances.  Winner of the Superior Performance Award from TSA.  Possesses a Top Secret Facilities Clearance. 
  • HMS Technologies: A Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with over five years of experience providing IT support services to DHS at three seperate DHS component agencies.  SEI CMMI Maturity Level 2 certified.  Awarded the 2009 DHS Small Business Achievement Award and the 2007 DOD SDVOSB of the Year Award.  Possess a Top Secret Facilities Clearance.

In addition to our Core Team, Indigo IT assembled a group of "non-Core Team" members (as defined by DHS) to provide additional expertise to the team.  This group of team members is highlighted by Computer Science Corporation (CSC), Intelligent Decisions (ID), and KForce Professional Staffing (KForce) who bring the following benefits to the team:

  • CSC: Large Business with a successful and proven history of providing IT support services to DHS.  This experience includes supporting the original EAGLE contract vehicle, currently performing on over 50 DHS task orders, support the Stennis Data Center, and possessing over 1,000 DHS cleared and experienced staff members.  Indigo IT and CSC have engaged in a formal DHS Mentor Protege agreement (2/2011).  This agreement is an excellent opportunity to build a "win-win" partnership that benefits not only both companies but DHS as well.
  • ID: Mid-tier Business with over five years of experience providing IT support services to DHS.  ISO 9001:2008 certified.  Possess a Top Secret Facilities Clearance.  Indigo IT and ID have a strong history of partnering that includes clients at DHS, DOD, and DOJ.
  • KForce: Large Business with extensive experience staffing thousands of DHS cleared resources on the original EAGLE contract vehicle.  KForce possess a resume pool of over 2.5 M candidates which enables our team to take on DHS's most difficult challenges.
