Indigo IT professionals provided the technical expertise for the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange 2003 for one of the largest operating components within DHS.  This massive effort required the consolidation of obsolete legacy directory and messaging services distributed across the Continental United States into a modern and cost-effective messaging environment, centralized in infrastructure and operation.  Indigo IT professionals also provided the directory integration expertise necessary for the coexistence of several legacy systems over the course of the rolling migration.  Despite the complexity and scale of the effort, Indigo IT professionals, dedicated to meeting the challenge and focused on “just getting it done,” helped this major Federal Enterprise make a major step forward in technology and operational capability.
