US Customs and Border Protection
Indigo IT supports the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in the design, deployment, and support of Enterprise-wide systems and applications. Indigo IT has supported CBP’s enterprise network authentication and messaging environment featuring Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory and Exchange Server 2003 since early 2005. Currently Indigo IT supports a variety of CBP enterprise collaboration requirements to include providing systems engineering and IT operations support for enterprise messaging, mobile messaging, and eDiscovery. In addition, Indigo IT helps support CBP development, test, and desktop management requirements. Indigo IT is also supporting CBP’s planned transition of key IT systems into the private DHS Cloud by providing Discovery & Assessment, Risk Management, and Technical Planning services. Indigo IT was awarded the Small Business Achievement Award by Department of Homeland Security in 2010 for the quality support and service provided in these areas.
Federal Housing Finance Agency
Indigo IT provides Service Desk and End User (Tier I and II) support to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). Indigo IT collaborated with FHFA to develop a performance-based support model leveraging the ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles. Key to the support model is a set of business-driven Service Level Agreements (SLA) tied to a simple, but effective, incentive pool. FHFA was formed by the merger of the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) and Federal Housing Finance Board (FHFB), and Indigo IT helped consolidate the support processes, Service Level Agreements, and Service Desk staff as part of the merger. Indigo IT provides all the resources necessary to support FHFA’s desktop computing requirements to include file, print, messaging, desktop image development and deployment, audio/visual conferencing, and mobile messaging (Blackberry). Indigo IT consistently meets or exceeds Service Level Targets on the basis of a talented, motivated support team, a firm commitment to quality by Indigo IT management, and a focus on IT Service Management processes.
Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)
Indigo IT supports the US Army and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in the design, construction, and deployment of the new DISA headquarters and consolidated data center as part of the Base Closure and Realignment Act (BRAC). Indigo IT has supported this massive undertaking since 2005 by providing expert engineering and design services that address all requirements from the facility plans through physical and logical designs. As part of the relocation in 2010 and 2011, Indigo IT supported the actual move by providing Network Engineering, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), and Project Management services.
US Coast Guard (USCG)
Indigo IT currently provides the technical expertise for engineering and operating the Coast Guard’s eDiscovery program in support of high profile information production requirements. Indigo IT Subject Matter Experts provide the domain knowledge, the technical knowledge, and Indigo IT’s customary commitment to the mission in order to quickly engineer, deploy, and operate a complex eDiscovery solution based on Symantec’s Enterprise Vault suite of products, to include the newly acquired Clearwell product line focused on intelligent eDiscovery and litigation support.
Department of Homeland Security
Indigo IT is currently tasked with providing Program and Performance Management solutions in the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Information Officer. Leveraging SharePoint 2010, Indigo IT helps develop the business vision and provide the technical requirements, planning, and the development to meet complex manager and executive-level information reporting requirements.
Headquarters, US Air Force
The Air Force Enterprise Business Systems Office (HAF IME) is tasked with supporting the USAF’s business-critical custom application development needs. Since 2003 Indigo IT has supported HAF IME by providing the systems engineering, database administration and development, SharePoint administration, desktop management, and network engineering necessary for HAF IME software development professionals to develop sophisticated applications used throughout the Air Force and by other Government customers.
